During your plan you have 2 weekly check ins and daily support if needed.
Whether you’re training for your first 5k, are a competitive runner or just want to start running for fitness then I tailor your plan to suit your needs.
Having a coach gives you the knowledge to train smart and have someone keep you accountable.
I also offer running specific strength work to help increase your strength and prevent injuries.
