Hi, I am the face behind Health by Kerry.
Being a competitive runner and triathlete, I wanted to combine both passions and study Nutrition & Sport Science at St Mary’s University. I was lucky enough to get a place and train with some amazing athletes who have gone on to represent GB and go to the Olympics.
As well as having a BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Sport Science, I am also a qualified personal trainer and athletics coach.

During my time as an athlete, I have won numerous races from 5k, 10k and held numerous course records. I have many county medals and achievements from over the years.
In 2025, I gained a GB age group selection for standard Aquabike and will be representing the country in the 2026 in the world championships. I also won bronze at both the English Aquabike championships and British championships.
My favourite event is cross-country. The last time I ran cross-country I won the Essex league which is one of my favourite achievements. I have been lucky enough to represent my county many times over cross-country and 10k.
