Hi I am the face behind Health by Kerry
Here is a little bit about myself.
From a young age I always had a passion for food and nutrition, so when it was time to go to University, it was obvious what I was going to study. Being a competitive runner, I wanted to combine both passions and Study Nutrition & Sport Science at St Mary’s University. I was lucky enough to get a place and train with some amazing athletes who have gone on to represent GB and go to the Olympics.
As well as having a BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Sport Science, I am also a qualified personal trainer and Athletics coach and worked in both primary and secondary schools coaching children.
During my time as a runner I have won numerous races from 5k, 5 mile and 10k and held numerous course records. I also have a county medal for the Half Marathon.
My favourite event is cross-country. The last time I ran cross-country I won the Essex league which is one of my favourite achievements. I have been lucky enough to represent my county many times over cross-country and 10k.
After a recent ankle injury in 2023 I started swimming and cycling and have recently qualified to represent GB in the Aquabike world trials in 2026.
